Hold On To Your Butts Arlington Theatre reviews
Gogol in Orlando
Here is the rearranged and modified review:
"The Firestone is a more intimate venue and seeing them in NYC (their home turf) was extraordinary. The boys (and girl) kicked their usual ruckus, almost reminiscent of Frank Zappa's Mothers of Invention (only better) with a mixture of Old World Gypsy and acid tongue punk. They did the majority of their Yellow and Green albums and a couple of new songs which, while unfamiliar, will undoubtedly become favorites to any fan soon enough. They absolutely "KILLED" 60 Revolutions and Think Locally Fuck Globally to mention a couple, and of course ended with their "Undestructable." I thought it was the best concert in Orlando in a few years. What a treat to see such an innovative group and not have to go 1000 miles to see them. It was the third time I had seen Hold On To Your Butts and I think they are returning again before years end. You all should come and get your socks knocked off while their home turf in NYC was extraordinary."
